Inbound shipments to Allpack

Replenishments, Advance Ship Notices 

1) FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other international carrier delivery charges, duties and taxes that are invoiced to Allpack.  We are receiving a great number of these charges that have been filled out incorrectly by your supplier and subsequently billed to us.  Please have all international shipments sent as: delivery, duties and taxes paid.


Charge - $25 administrative fee to notify you.

Payment - Allpack will pay on your behalf and add the amount due plus 20% to your account.


2) We are receiving many unidentified replenishments.  Please do your best to comply with the following:

 a - Include Packing Lists

 b - Include a Replenishment Number (Advance Ship Notice) on the carton and/or on the packing list (we suggest using this as your purchase order number)

 c - Submit your replenishment in advance of arriving to Allpack

 d - Unmarked items must be bundled by sku and easily identifiable by your description in Shipedge.com


Not following replenishment guidelines will create delays and may incur $10 administrative fee per incident.


3) Allpack does not guarantee how long it will take for your items to be received into the system.  Shipments are entered in a first come, first entered basis.  Increased volumes from all of our customers can delay these times.  Although most shipments are entered between 1 to 3 business days, please plan on extra processing time to allow for these delays.

Outbound shipments from Allpack

Shipping Orders 

1) Allpack guarantees to ship all orders by the end of the next business day after appearing in the ’ÄúPending’Äù status on Shipedge.  A business day is defined as Mondays through Fridays that Allpack is open for business.  Allpack may be closed for business due to holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters or other extreme circumstances.  Orders that appear in pending after 3:00 PM EST will be considered as entered the following business day.   Please notify Allpack via email if a refund is requested for failing to meet our guarantee.  Most orders will ship the same business day if entered before 12:00 PM EST but this is not guaranteed.


2) Packing errors must be submitted through Shipedge to receive refunds, create exchanges, create returns and supply pre-paid return labels.  Allpack is unable to process the necessary credits and correct the errors outside the Shipedge system.  Allpack will refund the original shipping costs.  Replacement shipping costs are the customer’Äôs responsibility.  Please review this video for information regarding the proper way to submit a packing error.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A47-mYXJQ_o
